Can I edit or cancel orders?
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot edit or cancel it.
What’s the return policy for our customers?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order. In the case of damaged or defective products, customers can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required. Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What’s our return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with an order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@themajesticzone.com!
Do we offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@themajesticzone.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we’ll resolve the issue for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check the size guide in the product description section. In rare cases, an item may be mislabeled. If that happens, please contact us at hello@themajesticzone.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll either send you a new one or issue a refund.
Estimated Delivery Time
We create on-demand to reduce waste and protect the planet. Our products are made to order, taking 3 to 4 days for production and 6 to 9 days for shipping, arriving within 9 to 13 days. Every purchase helps build a more sustainable future. 🌍💚
